Technical Support for Installers

If you are an installer of CDVI products and you require help or advice with an installation, please get in touch with our Technical Support team. We’re available from 8:45am to 5:15pm Monday to Friday.

  • Web chat – click the blue icon in the bottom-right of this page.
  • Email – send your message to support@cdvi.co.uk. Photos of your installation are always helpful with resolving your query!
  • Phone – give us a call on +[44] (0) 1628 531 300 during our opening hours.
  • Website – leave us a note on our Contact page with details of your query and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
